Just a regular person committed to leaving my family and our community better each day. I grew up in Miami-Dade County with a strong influence of Caribbean parents who taught me how to stretch a dollar and save for a rainy day. As a teenage parent she learned how to put all those lessons to work for her daughter. Even though she had the support of her parents, they made sure she understood the consequences of her actions and was responsible for them. At a very young age she knew that failure wasn’t an option. Regardless of other people, or life’s challenges, she knew that God would always have her back (and He did and still does). She completed high school, college and retired from her first career in law enforcement. Because of her desire to help others, after retirement she started a new career to educate people on how to financially empower themselves and break down barriers to generational wealth. She has a passion for serving communities that have been previously overlooked. After losing her mom to cancer at a young age and realizing that a career that she dedicated years to wasn’t going to completely protect her or family, she decided to build a strong financial future for herself so her family would never need for anything financially. She became a life insurance agent, then opened her own insurance brokerage, Faith Financial LLC and has served thousands of families all across the nation. She believes every family educated and empowered leads to a future that our ancestors could only imagine.

Stephen Holmes has been gifted and talented by God to have experienced many great things in his life of 60 years. Born and raised in North Carolina, his career began in the US Air Force where he spent 8 years as an aircraft utilization and maintenance manager of his unit. This role taught him to effectively manage the multimillion-dollar aircraft as well as positively influence the 300 people that maintained them.

In 1991, Stephen left the USAF and founded Testimony Life Church in Melbourne, Florida where he is the senior pastor. His ministry is international, having ministered in Africa and Brazil and many places in the US. In addition, he has ministered for over 25 years in Prison ministry and currently still ministers to the local homeless shelter as he has done for over 30 years.

Stephen strongly believes in helping people reach their full potential. He is a mentor, counsellor, and life coach. He is an entrepreneur, having done business in real estate, mortgages, RF Communications and is a licensed financial advisor.

Stephen is married to the love of his life, Catherine, now in their 39th year of marriage. They have been blessed with three sons and seven grandchildren.

As an individual Ms. Regus is passionate about simply helping those in need and ensuring that people receive love in their hardest moments. This drive has led to Ms. Regus performing the Executive Secretary role within the L.A.W project. “ I believe children should never know a life without love.” -Dominique Regus. Dominique resides in South Florida and makes it her constant mission to empower those around her through love. She believes the L.A.W project’s mission is one that everyone should follow and she is actively being an example of this not only to her fellow board members, but to those she encounters on a daily basis.
